a little girl in our area was seriously injured from a toy box. i believe the lid came down on her throat. i honestly don't know the whole story, but it scared me enough that i want to find another storage solution for our toys.
our toy room is our living room. any ideas for great storage? i'll probably end up at ikea, but just wondering if there are any other reasonable retail stores that sell storage solutions?
Re: help with toy storage
We went with Trofast from IKEA with the bins. I made DH drive 5 hours to Potomac Mills to get them.

Is this what happened to the little girl in Cranberry aq few weeks ago?
anyway, we have the trofast storage system from ikea. The plastic bins have lids on them.
I have heard great things about the Ikea storage systems.
We use baskets from Target they are just black and work great.
