Can I eat Brie if it's pasteurized? or is there something in all soft cheeses that's just generally bad? i know this is a very basic question, but i somehow am lost on it...
If it's pasteurized, you can eat it! I had goat's cheese last night at a restaurant b/c I asked and they said it was pasteurized... and it was deeeeeeeelish!
