Dairy Free BFing Mommys of Gassy Babies...what other foods do you avoid?

I have been avoiding dairy for about a week now and I am thinking maybe it is helping??  Are there any other foods that I should also be avoiding to help out my gassy little one??  TIA

  • I avoid dairy and soy, since the pedi said babies with the milk protein allergy often have a soy allergy as well. It took 2 weeks for DD to be noticeably better. She was a ton better after 4 weeks.

  • How gassy was your LO, and when did you decide to try singling out a food allergy?

My LO is gassy a lot of the time, but I'm still new at figuring out why he's crying and when it's not gas and he just wants comfort.

Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
  • Anything with cheese, butter or Milk in it. I'm sure you figured that out. However when I go out I forget that the restaraunts love to coat everything in butter. I ate a panini the other day from Bugaboo and OMG I thiught I was going to die. Poor Ella she was so miserable. I felt aweful.

I also don't eat broccilli, spinach, asparagus. I  just stay away from really green veggies.
