For me, the best way to combat morning (all day, especially evening) sickness was to eat carbs. Very specfically, salty carbs.
I lived on Rold Gold pretzels and chicken noodle soup. As long as I could keep something like that on my stomach, I felt so much better.
BTW, I think the term 'morning' sickness had to have been come up with by a man, lol.
Ditto this. I found that founds I used to eat on the weekend mornings to nurse my hangovers were the same foods that comforted me with my m/s. I'm talking substantial food like egg mcmuffins, pancakes, salt and vinegar chips, etc. My m/s hit at exactly 6 wks. Its funny they call it MORNING sickness.....my struck as soon as I got into bed for the night...9 or 10pm.
I have also been craving carbs all the time. I just eat what feels good at the moment, although there are definitely times where I don't want anything. Toast with butter is something, even if it doesn't have a whole lot of nutritional value.

They say it gets better but I haven't reached that point yet. I see it as if I'm not feeling well that means the babies are doing well:) makes it easier to deal with!
good luck to you and I hope your m/s goes away soon:)
