  You should call the number on the back of the card.

  I have Tufts Neighborhood Health and they cover everything, except for the hospital co-pay, which is $100.

  I have Tufts and the only thing I paid was a $250 hospital copay about 3 months after my baby was born.  I saw the actual bills for labor & delivery (3 days, not joking) and the 2 nights post pardum at it was $96k.  Yes, $96k.  Thank god for good insurance!
