signs and temps dont match!!

Ahh, i am new to temping (Charted last month but no temping). My temps seemed to be on track until this weekend when they started to take a downward trend....while all my other signs were looking toward O. I am temping religiously at the same time everyday...even waking at 6am on the weekend so i know thats not the problem.  FF even discarded my sunday temp. Has this ever happened to anyone else where your temps dont add up with the rest of your signs??? Any advice is helpful!! Thanks

    You can't really tell if your temps are matching up to anything until after you ovulate.  Especially since this is your first month temping.

    Take a deep breath and calm the fvck down :)

    All your OPKs were neg which would kind of be on track for your temps, so maybe you have a temp spike and +OPK coming in the next few days?

    When I was temping most of the time my temps would drop right before o.  Keep opk-ing.

    I love the calm the Fvck down!!!!! Its stressfull!!!!! Maybe i am just getting all worked up for nothing... i just wasnt expecting them to dip like that....i guess only time will tell. thanks girls!

    Your temps are all within 0.4 degrees of each other, so very normal for the early part of your cycle.  You might O within the next week.  Try OPKs for the next week, and them wait for a temp rise within a couple of days of your +OPK.

    Have you read Taking Charge of your Fertility?  Your post doesn't really make any sense.  The only thing that temps show you is that you have already ovulated.  That is confirmed by 3 temps that are higher than the last 6.  A temp that is slightly lowering before ovulation doesn't mean much if it means anything at all.  you are supposed to watch your CM to help you anticipate ovulation.

    i am watching my CM which is why i was so confused by lower temps...my CM seems fertile but my temps dont

    I don't think you quite understand.  temperature cannot predict ovulation!  The only thing you can tell from temps is when you have ALREADY ovulated.

    Pre-O temps can be high, low, steady or all over the place.  The only thing that is important about temps is seeing a general pattern where the pre-O temps are lower than post-O temps.

    That's because temps show that you did O and CM shows you that you are going to o.  Have you done the tutorials and charting courses on FF?  They will help you immensely.

    High temps dont equal fertile temps.  Once your temp spikes ovulation has already passed and your fertile window has passed.

    this

    fertile cm and low temps are caused by increased estrogen.  After O, estrogen drops and progesterone rises, causing the temp spike.
