You know, where you write down dates of when you found out you were expecting, felt baby move, due date, etc. And then first rolled over, crawled, etc. My mom had one for me but it is sadly pretty bare. I have not seen any around for awhile! If so where do you find them?
Re: Do people do baby books anymore?

I did a journal, that I am far behind on for DS. I just write letters in there to him fairly regularly. I figure as he gets older I'll write at least once a year and give it to him when he's an adult.
To track all the big milestones though I used a calendar. It's very cool little baby calendar with a note section at the top to track every baby is doing that month, etc. I just can't keep up with things but I found this very easy to do. I will be finding another one for this baby.
I have a baby book for DS and a calendar I used to write down milestones from his first year. I have lots of paper scraps with notes jotted down and the calendar is written on. I have not filled out his book at all. And since we are in his second year I still jot things down but as far as dates I am not so good about with out the calendar. I didn't keep track of anything from my pregnancy (either one).
I bought my book at Hallmark.
I bought one at Hallmark. I update it when necessary. I think it goes up to when our daughter will be 3?
I also bought a pregnancy journal from Barnes and Noble that I update weekly, kinda fun!
I had one for my first son and was really good for filling it in....until he got a bit older and the "pages/questions" didn't really seem to fit? kwim?
I did a journal too which was actually better for me personally. By the time son #2 came along I had no time for 'crafty' stuff anymore
I've seen them at Walmart and Babies R Us.
This. I already started on the pages. That way all I will have to do is fill them out and insert pictures.

I've found one I like but I haven't purchased it yet. I've just been blogging about my pregnancy so far.
I am! I still love to read my own baby book that my mom kept about my milestones, etc.
Granted, my son may not have that much sentimental attachment to his baby book, but he's getting one anyway.

I actually just bought the Beatrix Potter baby book in Barnes & Noble. It's really cute! And it has places for all of those little milestone. I started filling it out already!
I also am making a "the first 9 months" book through snapfish. Its just a baby book highlighting the photos we have, ultrasound photos, for the time I am pregnant. I will start a new one once she is born.
