In utero movement any indication of baby activity after birth? (Q from 3rd tri)

I am just curious if the times of day/night that baby was active in utero are similar to the times of day/night that baby is active after he/she is born. ?Thanks ladies!

    For me yes... My DS was active in the morning and inactive at night.. He is the same way now...

    I think so...maybe not necessarily 100% true, but DD was active in the morning and evening in utero, and she is now. Plus she's very active overall...she would never stop moving...I always felt her; every U/S, they would have trouble measuring her b/c she moved so much, and she is a wiggle worm now!

    For us, yes to a degree

    He slept well at night in utero and has continued to do so thus far :::knocking on wood:::



    BFP 12/19/08- DS born 8/25/09 9lbs2oz via Zavanelli Maneuver
    BFP 8/26/11- Missed miscarriage discovered 10/19/11 at 11w2d, measured at 9 weeks gestation w/ no HB. D&C 10/21/11

    For us it was pretty much exactly the same.  He was active during the day and once I went to bed, he would be super active for about 15 minutes, then he calmed down. 

    When he was born he used to go to bed at 10pm (which is the time I have always gone to bed).  Now he's moved his schedule up to 8pm.

    Could be.  DS was very active in utero usually throughout the day but I was never had trouble sleeping at night because of his activity.  Once DS was born he had his days and nights mixed up for about 3 weeks then he evened out.  He is extremely active during the day and sleeps decently at night (not STTN regularly though).

    In hind site yes, she was very laid back in utero and is the same way now. (from day 1 I said she was going to be like her poppa- low key and relaxed) and she is!
