I'm trying to stay as active as possible, but it's seriously getting more difficult by the day.
I do prenatal yoga 1x/week, 30 minute walks 2x/week (with some very light weight-lifting), and one longer walk 1x/week. It doesn't seem like that much compared to what I used to do, but I find myself exhausted, even after the 30 minute walks (at a moderate pace). And just getting the motivation up to work out is like pulling teeth. Sometimes I feel great after my workout, but some days it just seems to make my back/hips/pelvis hurt more.
How are you ladies doing?
Re: How much are you ladies working out these days?
4-5 days per week, doing weight training, cardio, yoga.
I generally feel better if I keep up with it

working out...whats that?
DH and I take walks when we can...but have been so busy and so tired that havent been alot lately?
LOL! You're talking about working out and this morning I was complaining about how it took me 20 minutes to even get up off the floor by myself.
I WISH I could still work out but everything hurts at this point.
Still working out 5-6 days per week. Elliptical, treadmill, walks with my dogs, spin class and Group Power (weights class 2-3 times per week). I admit a minor obsession with exercise, but I also think it helps me feel somewhat 'normal'. Half the battle is just getting to the gym - good luck!
DH and I take an evening walk 3 or 4 times a week, but it's not very far or intense at all. Generally my crotch starts to hurt so bad or the pressure kicks in and we have to turn around before I've even made it a quarter of a mile. The funny thing about that is everyone tells me I'm *sooo* little for being 34 weeks. I say, "Tell that to the bowling ball strapped to my uterus!"
"work out" is a foreign language to me
i've never been fan. i walk the dogs like once a day (let everyone else take them all the other times), and i try and walk up and down the street during chatty calls with girlfriends. other than that.... hellooooo couch
doc says im healthy, weight looks great, and he wouldnt change a thing- so why sweat?!!?

I try to walk 30 minutes 3x/week, do my prenatal yoga DVD once per week, and do light weights for 30 minutes for my arms twice a week.
That said, at this point I'm happy if I walk twice and do weights and the DVD once per week.
