i know everyone's different, but when i buy nursing bras, do i need to buy a cup size up, or are we talking about just spilling out of what you have, but not THAT much of a change?
This is my first so I can't say from personal experience, but I was told to bump up one cup size and that should help to accommodate the milk coming in.

Buy one just for the hospital, make it one size larger. Apparently when the milk comes in, you get big! If not, then you've only bought one and can buy what you need after the hospital visit.
I went from a "A" cup to a "B" cup just getting pregnant with my first baby. So I bought that same size nursing bra but got one of the ones with stretchy material to accomidate when my milk came in. I would say when I had milk let down I would definietly fill out a "C" cup well.
My suggestion: find a nice comfy stretchy "room to grow" bra in your current size to start with and go from there. You'll be wearing it a lot.
this worked for me last time: buy one in your current size (towards the end of preg) and another in the next size up. Then after a few weeks you'll settle into a constant size and can buy more.
I think one size up should work fine. I would buy only one now and see how it fits and how comfortable it is and then go later to buy more. It's so hard to judge.?
