I share an office with two other women who both have teenage daughters. WIthin the past month, two of the daughters started their periods... things just aren't like they used to be! The things that these mothers have had to ... demonstrate... I had never considered having to do for Lilly someday.

They love to start conversations with "Katie, take notes...".

Wait, what are they demonstrating? My mom never taught me how to use a tampon... I guess back in the day they weren't that popular. Is that what she was showing them?

I'm not looking forward to that at all... I hope my dd doesn't get her period at 10 like some of these girls nowadays Tongue Tied

I know a lot of people with daughters and they love to do the same thing to me. SO not looking forward to those kinds of things Tongue Tied
