I was at Wendy's with my mom yesterday and DD pooped right as we got there. So I went into the bathroom and there was no changing table, I was a bit surprised.
So I had to change her in the car which sucked because she moves way too much and it was 106 degrees out yesterday.
My mom mentioned to the manager they should have one in the bathroom and he said to call the number on the back of the receipt cause there was nothing he could do about it. Weird.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Re: If you're out with LO and there is no changing table what do you do?
I'm in the opposite position, summer sucks here and winter I know I can just change her in the trunk cause theres more room!
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
car!
i nannied and the lil girl i was watching had peed her pants in store and there was NO WHERE to change her- so we had to do the car- it was FREEZING out- like novemberish- horrible..so horrible- i felt awful for her- she was cold!
I cannot deal with public restrooms at all, so I change LO in the car. If you took the microbiology class I took, you would feel like your having a panic attack just passing by a public restroom, LOL!
Seriously though, I dread potty-training b/c at that time you really have no choice but to go in one.
Ha!! Seriously how much could a changer cost to put in the bathroom??
A lot of times I change her in the car even if there is a table in the bathroom because the bathroom is dirty. I haven't had any problems so far with car diaper changes, though she is still young and we haven't been out too much.
totally this. that guys sounds like a douchenugget.
i probably would have done it in the car too, fwiw.
