First day of daycare today!!!

My dd 5 1/2 mths just started today and she's doing great as per the teacher..but I can't stop thinking of her not sleeping..is she crying--etc!  She is a really good baby and will be there only 2 days but ughhhh...How did you make it through!!!???

    Good luck!!! DS wouldn't sleep at daycare, and I totally stressed about it but those nights he slept SOOOO well (surprisingly!). Just try to stay SUPER busy at work is all the advice I can give. We only did daycare for 2 weeks and I switched to P/T work so we didn't need it anymore. But by the end of it I was sad leaving him, but I didn't cry anymore!

    Awww, good luck! I've tried very hard not to think about the "is she crying, is she sleeping" thing. If your day care is worth its salt, they'll call you if something is actually wrong.

    In the meantime, try to enjoy not being the one who has to hear her cry if she IS crying! :) I know, easier said than done!

    Awww I know..I can't believe even my dh was tearing  :(  ohhh man   I think she'll do really well because she's been around kids since birth but this s**t is really tough!!!

    Today is LO's first day with a sitter and everyone keeps asking how I'm doing.  I figure she has a 7 month old so she's familiar with babies and will call if something is wrong.  Good luck!
