i really like this swing i've linked below but don't know ifits too early to set up a registry at abbies r us. when did you register and what did you get? this is so exciting! i've wpent all morning looking at baby stuff.

    Agreed. If it's for real, most people don't register until 18+ weeks.

    its very early to start registering...Wait til around 20 weeks til you know what you are having...if your not finding out I would still wait til around then

    lol Yes.  Most of the stuff you register for now will be discontinued.  We waited until 20 weeks and even then, by the time my shower came around I had to find replacements for discontinued stuff.

    I know you're anxious, but just wait.  Until then, just have fun looking.

    I felt bad for you when people were giving you schit on 1st tri... now I'm starting to think you're a lame AE.

    If you're serious, you need to do some serious lurking on these boards if you don't want to get "laughed out of town".  Yes, 5 weeks is WAY too early.  Despite all the other reasons to wait to register, stuff that's in stock now may be discontinued by then.

    Nah. Not too early at all!!! You could go to Target and get one of those gender tests to find out what it is- then you know if you need to register for blue or pink!!!!11!!

    You should probably go ahead and start packing your hospital bag, too. Just a suggestion.

     I was thinking the same thing, you know, since it's on sale now.  Or better yet, you could call a friend or family member who will be attending your shower and insist they buy it for you..
