Please help ladies!! TIA!!

So I am putting up a ceiling fan in the baby's room. My question is the furniture is dark brown, molding is white, paint color is a bright green, bedding is brown mostly w/ blue,orange and green,carpet tan and the valance is brown. I was going to get a simple white ceiling fan but now I'm thinking should I get brown?? I always thought just simple white but now I'm not sure. TIA!!!!

I would probably do white. Unless the ceiling is white, then I would do brown. I like lots of ccontrast.

How bright is the green? We're doing a green/brown nursery and I'm stuck on what color green to use. My DH said sage is not a baby color, but that's what I really want.

Brown. We have ceiling fans in EVERY room and the white ones show the dirt and dust SO much sooner than the dark ones.

We got the green color matched to the green circles in our bedding at home depot so I don't think it has a name. It's not very bright though. I think sage is a great color btw! If you have your bedding with the green you like I'd suggest getting it color matched like I did. Greens can be tricky.

i would do white, it will be un-intrusive since it will match the celeing and if you ever sell the house and dont take the fan with you, you should have it match the house

Brown, it's a little more modern in my opinion (even though there are 70's fans that brown..oh well).

1st suggestion--goto the stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards...whatever you have available to you) and look at their white fans.

why: White fans are less expensive in general but the styles are more limited and you may hate them all...

If you find a white one you like, I say get it! If you don't like the white at any given point, a very light sanding and some paint and the blades become an accent! Less money spent and a fun project to pull in colors! (also, many fans have blades that are white on one side and wood tones on the other)
