You know, I really want to thank Lori, ShanJosh, kelbrian & the others who gave me very good reasons why I really shouldn't leave DD in the car to run into the dry cleaners or whatever. Even if she's in plain sight, something CAN happen & I would not forgive myself if it did. I really do take the safety of my area for granted is what it came down to. So points taken, not doing it again.

I DD'ed whatever is left of it this morning so you can go ahead and blame me for that.

That is all. Subject dropped.

    Well, that's good. I hope that you are serious. There's no errand worth the potential of something terrible happening to your baby. I'd rather be naked at work because everything I own is at the dry cleaner. than risk my child's life. Horrible crimes happen in even the smallest towns.

    Bad things really do happen in even the best of areas.  Yes, it's a PITA to keep having to get them in and out of the carseat, but I'll take inconvenience over the safety of my baby anyday.  I hope you hold true to what you said.  Better safe than sorry.
