Truly disgusting failed mom moment

So I'm sitting here reading email and J is playing under the table.  I hear him grunting, so when I thought he was finished I take him for a diaper change.  Only to discover that his diaper has somehow come off and is in the foot of his footie pajamas.  How that got by me I have no idea.  So he has poop in his pajamas and on his feet, but I'm thinking OK this is gross but it isn't too bad.  Get him cleaned up and come back into the kitchen only to discover why it wasn't so bad: he somehow had managed to crap a big steaming pile on the floor under the computer.  Ick! AND WTF?  And how did this happen while I'm sitting less than a foot away?? And with footie pajamas on?!?!?!?! 

It doesn't help that he'd had corn last night. Ick!Ick!

    Oh, man. The smeared poop all over is the worst thing ever... we've dealt with it, too. And the corn...barf.

    Corn poop is nastay.

    On another note I love his hair!  We cut Mason's and I miss it.

    This happened w/ds, only it was just pee, but the diaper "exploded" so there were pee-soaked pieces everywhere.

    I've found that the fuzzy footy pjs tend to catch the tabs of his diaper and pull it off. I always put a onesie on with them now!

    That's nasty!  Yesterday Luke was in a diaper and t-shirt and ran over to me and handed me a piece of poop he dug out of the side of his diaper.  Gah!  He had it on both hands and it was on his shirt, and he had only been playing by himself for maybe 5 minutes!
