  Sadly, I heard about a woman recently who was arrested after her toddler was found wandering around outside a bar while she was inside drinking. Pathetic.

  Someone did this at my in-laws' tavern once. My FIL called the cops and had someone go park behind her car so she couldn't leave before they got there.
