XP:Help needed with daycare

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

I'm currently a sahm but will be returning to school next year.  If I get into the program I want, it'll be 40hrs/week in class & clinicals.  This means both boys will be in daycare.

Knowing what you know now, what questions should I ask when interviewing centers?  Is your daycare provider near your home or your job?  Any other advice/tips will be appreciated.  TIA

    What do they provide?
    How do they discipline?
    What do they eat?
    Do they go on field trips?
    How many teachers in that room?
    How old are the teachers?
    Do you pay for days your kids aren't there?
    How early/late can you drop off/pick up?

    That's all I can think of for right now. I know there's a website with a bunch of daycare questions. I'll see if I can find it for you.

    The one thing I loved when Dd was in DC was the type of daily reports they provided for me. You might want to ask to see a sample of what they give their parents a the end of the day.
