"OK Preggers" - Comment from student
I had the drama teacher's class this afternoon. I asked a group to remember to keep their voices down and one of the seniors says "OK Preggers". Everyone turned and looked. I was still trying to process.
She was smiling when she said it. Then she says "I just can't help it. I am obsessed with her belly." She then asks "Can I touch it?"
I said yes because that really doesn't bother me. Instead of touching it with her hand she walks up, leans down and puts her head on it. I held my tounge for a minute then I couldn't help but start to laugh. The second I started to chuckle my belly moved (from laughing). She screamed and jumped back. She thought the baby kicked her.
I could have died it was so funny.
Life is either a daring adventure or it is nothing at all.

Too cute!
I was asked by one of my kindergarteners how the baby is going to get out of my belly without popping it. I of course started to giggle and said "Why don't you ask Mommy and Daddy?"
I felt so bad that his parents were unaware that when I became their son's teacher, they were going to have to explain where babies come from!
