s/o colored contacts

Who had em and what color?

I had green ones.  My eyes are already greenish, but these made mine freakish.  They were neon.

Re: s/o colored contacts

  • I went through all colors... blue, agua, green, brown... My eyes are DARK brown, so they all looked ridiculous!
  • I had those in JR High.  And I had the balls to tell people they were my natural eye color.

I do have green eyes, but not demon green.

  • I wore purple for a solid 2 years in high school. I had a few pairs of green in between at times.

    Embarrassed

  • ugh - always wanted them but my prescription was so bad that they didn't make them in those strengths.

DH's ex-step-sister still wears them... and DH was just commenting yesterday about how she also still wears mega-eye-liner all the way around her eyes daily like that's normal.  (She is 23, has a 1 1/2 yr.old)

The last line is random... what does her age and child's age have to do with it?

    agreed.

But my little sister wears that eyeliner too.  And she dyes her hair dark black.  It's so harsh, but I don't have the heart to tell her how horrible I think it looks.

I guess if she feels good about herself that's all that matters.

Oh no Adamwife. I lead youth at our church, and I am constantly wanting to pull our girls aside and do hair/makeup tutorials!

Bad taste, but it's not like she was 15 with a one and a half year old...  I mean, I am 23 with a 6 month old.

  • I was thinking she is too old and a mom and NOT in junior high where I would picture someone wearing colored contacts and eyeliner.  no?
