Honestly, this child show no symptoms of any kind. A few weeks ago he had a really bad ear infection. I had no clue because he showed no signs. Now he is in the early stages of pneumonia! He is as happy as ever! How would I have known?!
We took him in because of a wet cough he has had for a week. The babysitter called me at work today and told me that he was having trouble catching his breath while in the jumparoo today and that scared me. I never would have thought pneumonia!
He's now on antibiotics and has a breathing machine. This breathing machine thing is awful. Brian has to home him down with force, while I try to hold it on his face for about 10 min. Poor baby!
Has anyone else here had an experience with this?!
Re: Bennett has Pneumonia :(
Not with the pneumonia but Katie has a breathing machine. We have to hold her on our lap and wrap our arms around her arms and body and the other holds the mist in her face. The pedi said if she cries it's better because she breathes more in. I hated it.
I'm sorry he's sick
I hope he is better soon.

Oh no! I am so sorry
My niece had pneumonia last winter - she was the same way - just a little cough! She got antibiotics (no breathing machine) and she seemed to get over it just fine.
Good luck!
