i walk my dogs about 1.5 to 2 miles every day. if it wasn't for them, i'd probably have a really hard time getting into a routine b/c of feeling so exhausted
I am working on getting myself to start walking again ( I use to walk for 45 mins a night with my hubby). The fatigue is killing me right now and I figure if my body is that tired I had better get the extra rest instead of exerting myself and making the exhaustion worse.
I know I'll feel better in a few weeks and when that time comes I'll be out walking again.
I walk a few miles each morning. I was doing this prior to pg. Now I go no matter how tired I am because I am afraid of loseing the ability to go to the beach each day.
I chase a toddler...we are always outside...lots of walking... I was doing on demand exercise tv during DD's naps but have been too tired lately...I need a nap then too!
I try to walk a few times during the week, and on the weekends I spend a few hours at the climbing gym (but I stick to easier climbs so I don't push myself as much as I did before).
We have four foster children under the age of five that keep me on my feet all day. Then at night when its a little cooler out I like to go for a little stroll around the block.
Man every time I think about going to the gym, I end up home sleeping. But I am an inclusion teacher so I'm walking all over the building. I'm counting that until I get past this extreme fatigue. I've been sleeping 2 hours after school and about 10 hours a night.
Not everyday, but that's my goal. I was working out everyday, but now I have a part-time job, so it's been harder to fit it in. I have been going 2-3 times a week doing 25 min of cardio and them some weights and ab work (captain chair and exercise ball crunches). I also walk my dog for about an hour a few times a week.
ummm...i'm gonna go with "one and two and three and lift the chip to the mouth!" just kidding...well partially...i have to admit, i'm bad...i don't exercise. never have. but i do chase after my two year old (who is very fast btw!)
Nesting -- you're climbing? I wish I felt like I could risk it. Before I got pregnant I was sure I would, but as soon as I knew, it was like "no way"--though actually right now I'm so bloated that the thought of putting a harness on is not appealing whatsoever.
So I just rejoined my gym (I usually run outside in the summer) and took a "power flow" yoga class the other day. I'm not that into yoga but it felt good, so I'm off to a hatha yoga class this morning. Anything to stop feeling like a lump.

yeah, my dr. gave me the ok, and I actually talked to a few other gym members who climbed pretty far into their pregnancy. Once your belly starts showing, they have another kind of harness that you wear - it criss-crosses over your back and shoulders, and under your legs, instead of over your waist (if that makes sense). I like it because it keeps my endurance up (which I imagine will be helpful for labor!)
Re: What is your exercise routine?
Power napping.lol

Water arobics sounds wonderful to me right now.
Bringing my chips to my mouth:P
I chase after a toddler. That does the trick for me.

I like that water aerobics idea!
