TTC After a Loss

What else can I do to him?

In the last three months I have introduced copius multi-vitamins, Fish oil pills, pom juice, green tea (I figure if it's good for me, it's good for him) and new underwear (no more boxer-briefs for you pal; I want it nice and airy in there) into my DH's routine. He has been a remarkably good sport about this. (It helps that he's getting some with a lot more frequency these days)

Anything else I should be inflicting on him, since he's in a flexible frame of mind?

Re: What else can I do to him?

  • I made DH start taking 1000 mg of Vitamin C based on my RE's recommendation.

Vitamin C protects sperm from oxidative damage.1 Supplementing vitamin C improves the quality of sperm in smokers.2 When sperm stick together (a condition called agglutination), fertility is reduced. Vitamin C reduces sperm agglutination,3 increasing the fertility of men with this condition.4 Many doctors of natural medicine recommend 1 gram of vitamin C per day for infertile men, particularly those diagnosed with sperm agglutination.

I like anything that encourages grooming of that area, so even if this isn't true, I'm using it.

How cute is that? He wants to be a daddy, I think.

I asked my Dr. about that one - she said the zinc in the multi-vitamin should be enough.
