We had an ultrasound at 11 weeks, and the ultrasound tech was so convinced we were having a boy. She was so convincing that I was convinced! And then, at 19 weeks, we had our anatomy ultarsound, only to find out that this little one is most definitely a girl!
We had a follw-up to the NT scan at 14 weeks and found out then that she was a girl. It was pretty certain since it was a level II u/s - although I probably wouldn't have trusted it as much if it had been in a regular ob office and not the MFM office.
I still asked them to double check at every single u/s from then on
At our ultrasound at 18 weeks, our baby was crossing his legs, throwing his hands in front of his face every time they tried to take a picture of his face, etc. Finally he moved briefly enough for us to see that he has boy parts. It seems like sometimes when they predict "girl" it ends up being a boy, but that it's harder to mistake a boy for a girl. My mom says it might have been the umbilical cord, but it's pretty obvious that it wasn't.
I clicked 18wks cause that is when we had our big u/s, but we decided to stay team green and not find out, but when I asked the tech at the end, she said she knew, but just kept away from that area for our sake.
I had my big U/S at 18w4 days, and it was verrrry obvious - however, he was measuring 19w3d so this may have been why. My cousin had a u/s at 16 weeks and she said it was clear as day as well (boy). I bet it's easier to tell if it's a boy. I imagine you will be able to find out the gender tonight.

My perinatologist guessed boy at my NT scan which was done at 13 weeks and then I saw him at 18 weeks and it was confirmed a boy. I got gender confirmation for my first DS at 20 weeks and there was no doubt about it, ha!
Re: When was the earliest you found out the gender (clicky)
