12 days and counting........

12 days until DD comes home to stay. I am feeling a little uneasy for about a week now. DD's grandmother which has had her since she was two months old was short with me on our last phone call. I was asking if we needed to get DD a flu shot when she got her and she would not tell me when she had her last one. I did not push as I know that she is up to date on everything per her Visa doctors appointment. Flu is very bad here right now and I do not want DD to get sick.

DH called grandmother on Monday because we were shopping and I found some super cute boots that I wanted to get for DD to ask her she size and again she would not say. She said to wait until they got her. They only had one left in the size up from when she was her in May so I got that one. We also bought a dress and PJs for DD and I am saving all my receipts.

I am praying that she does not back out on letting this go through. I know she has not professionaly addresssed the loss that is about to happen so I am worried for her. She keeps saying this is what she wants but I am afraid that realty is setting in.
