Has anyone taken any prenatal yoga or water classes? My doctors office gave me a list of places that do it, but wanted to see if any one had personal experinces with places. TIA

Sorry this is so late, I forget this board is here. I took Eliza's prenatal class at ACAC. You can pay for a package of prenatal stuff without joining ACAC (just paying for classes), I don't know how much it is, but one of ladies in my class was doing that, so I know it's possible.
I did pilates beforehand, so this was a good option while pregnant. Good luck, hope you get this post, even though it's been a few weeks!
