Leaking question

I was driving home from work today and I had a small sniss in the car. So when I got home, I changed my panties. They were completely soaked through. It was a small sniss, barely anything! But I thought that since I was also really sweaty, it was partially from that too.

Just now, about an hour later, I went to the bathroom, and my clean pair of panties was also completely soaked through.

It's colorless and doesn't really have an odor. I'm freaking out that this is fluid leaking! I put a pad in so we will see how long it takes to soak through that. If I soak through the pad, I'm calling the doctor.

Has this happened to anyone else? Help calm me down!

    I think I would call now, it sounds like it could be a fluid leak....GL to you!

    i had this happen about two weeks ago and was freaking out.... my dr told me to put a new pad on and if i filled it in 2 hrs to call & they would check to make sure it wasn't my water... well when i filled it i called and they got me in that day.... It was just an extremely watery discharge she said and that when your body temp gets raised it can cause it to happen.
