Baby shoes

This may be a really dumb question. I have no baby shoes and figure new borns don't really need them - just socks. Is that a bad assumption and do yall have an assortment of shoes for baby?

They probably wouldn't fit anyway. So, yep just socks. I think that the first time Layla wore shoes, she was 3 months and they were the Size 0 newborn shoes...?

Nope...no shoes. Just TONS of socks. People loved getting her socks!

I do have some shoes...but simply because they are adorable and frivolous. But honestly, I think you are right...babies do not need shoes.

DS didn't get his first pair of shoes until he was 11 months old.

i got knitted shoes from etsy.. but it's just for looks.. you dont need shoes for infants at all.

We used mainly socks & bootie for the first 3 months but we did put soft shoes on them when we went to church. The girls just didn't look right with a beautiful frilly dress on, tights and no shoes.
