Getting my Cricut today!!!!

I am so excited!! I'm finally getting it today thanks to my hardworking DH and lucky for me, my boys are at school all day so I get to play with it all day! I'm gonna start on my daughter's ultrasound page for her scrapbook today if I can figure it out! Anyone else have one??

    I don't have one but can I tell you how envious I am!!! I want one in the worst way!! Maybe for christmas or my birthday (October)...

    Can I tell you my goofy Cricut story?

    My SIL got one and she was joking that my brother called it the Grasshopper.  I didn't understand why...until we were talking on the phone one day.

    For months and months, I alway read Cricut as cree-cut in my mind.  Never once did it occur to me that it is pronounced like the insect.  She still makes fun of me.

    My MIL bought one and never uses it. Guess where it is being "stored." :) My house! I use it so just to make sure it is still working!

    OMG!!!  I love mine!  I can tell you that I use it for way more than just scrapping.  I teach high school, so I used it for posters, ect.  I've made cards and invites.  I love it!!

    I hate you!!  No I'm kidding.  I would LOVE to have the Cricut.  I have a something similar though.  I have the Revolution from Quickutz and love it but would also like to have the Cricut too!  Have a fun with your new toy!

    Thanks girls!! I know, i'm sooo excited! We just got back from the store with it. What can i say, i'm impatient! Lol. I plan on making my sister a card (she's at Navy bootcamp) and definitely scrapbooking with it. I'll post pics if the pages come out good! :)
