Buffalo Chicken DipLarge (9.75 oz) can of Swanson's White Chicken Meat (or you can bake a chicken breast)
8 Tbls of Franks Buffalo Sauce (normally found in the aisle with the Tabasco sauce)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing (bottled dressing)
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Shred chicken in medium hot skillet, heat through. Add buffalo sauce, mix well. Cut up cream cheese into cubes and melt cream cheese into chicken mixture. Melt completely. Add dressing to mixture and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Once mixture is completely mixed, transfer to small crock-pot. Add remaining cheese to top of mixture in crock pot. Serve warm.
This is the BEST. I could seriously eat the whole batch myself it's that good.
Pizza Dip
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese (softened)
1 tbs. Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
1 cup pizza sauce
Mix tbs. of Italian seasoning into softened block of cream cheese and spread into bottom of ungreased baking dish (I usually use an 8 inch round). Layer one cup of the shredded mozzarella on top. Cover that layer with one cup of pizza sauce. Top with final cup of shredded mozzarella. I usually sprinkle a little more Italian seasoning on top for presentation. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. (My oven is crazy, so keep an eye on it. You want the cheese to be melted and bubbly).
I serve it with slices of baguette that I've toasted in the oven and brushed with olive oil. You can also serve it with bagel chips (it's easier but not as good IMO). Enjoy!

Add in an extra can of artichokes, a block of softened cream cheese and
an extra dash of Tabasco. This makes an extra creamy dip and is just as
yummy as the original.
~Have left over dip? Toss it with cooked
chicken strips and pasta for a yummy and easy supper. Even better, add
in some spinach while cooking the chicken. Enjoy!

This, except use a brick of cream cheese. Place one half of the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Pinch together to make a sheet. Place cream cheese on top. Spread with hot pepper jelly, or peach red pepper jelly, etc. Top with remaining crescent roll dough. You can also use puff pastry instead of crescent roll dough. Bake until golden. Serve with sliced French bread or good crackers.
