I was nauseus and dizzy during the test and blood draw, but afterwards once I ate I was fine. What kind of effects do you think youre having?
well afternoon i drank the liquid, had my blood drawn(which i felt a little nauseated during the process, but not too bad), went and ate a late lunch... but when i got in the car after eating i had got so nauseated that i had to pull over bc i thought i was going to throw up. i wasnt sure if it was normal after drinking that liquid or if maybe i was just feeling bad. then when i got home my stomach was real upset. i feel a million times better right now, but was just concerned

I was fine after the 1 hour but felt sick almost immediately after drinking the 2 hour drink. They offered me a room to lie down in between blood draws.

If they had you fast, it's probably because your body was low on nutrients. If you didn't fast, it was probably a crash from all the sugar in the drink. Pretty normal!
It really upset my tummy for most of the afternoon after I took it. I'm not used to that much sugar so I guess that's why. I'm just glad it didn't ruin orange soda for me; I love that stuff.

I did the 3 hour yesterday and felt terrible all day after. I was nauseated during the first hour of the test and then later in the day I just felt hugely tired. I think it was the 4 blood draws and fasting in the morning. At last week's OB appointment, they said I had low iron/anemia, so I think that contributed to the exhausted feeling. I also threw up yesterday afternoon for the first time in a long time. yuck.
i kinda felt nauseous and dizzy. To me it was the worst taste in the world. I don't usually drink anything with sugar in it, I even water down juice b/c i think its too sweet. I thought I was gonna puke while the nurse was watching me drink it.
I didn't really feel that different after drinking it. I was shaking a bit while I drank it but after I drank it I felt fine. The only thing I remember is being really tired about 2-3 hours after drinking it.
Re: side effects off the glucose stuff?
Same for me.
