Stabbing feeling below ribs..nervous

in Pregnant after a Loss

I am having this super sharp stabbing pain to the left of my bellybutton and up a little but under the ribs..anyone experience this or know what it could be?? Of course I go to freak out that it's maybe ectopic, but could it be something else, gas? I dunno, it's making me really nervous!

    Sorry hun, but it could be gas!  Have you pooped yet?! Is the pain referred anywhere else or does it stay at the belly button?  Appendicitis, maybe- but that's a long shot.

    Thanks..it's mostly to the upper left of my bellybutton..it's getting better though w/ some burps, so I'm sure it's just gas. I'm such a worrier though with this pg, so anything abnormal scares the crap out of me..sorry for being so silly!

    It's probably gas... that's where your stomach/intestines are, your reproductive organs are way down by your pubic hair!

    I just got that feeling as well.  I am sooooo bloated right now, I think that ws the only other place to go.  I think it's trying to escape out of my belly button. hehehe.  I know what you mean about worrying.  I am the right there with you.  I am really trying hard to not worry about every little thing but it is so hard.  GL with the gas bubble!  I am sure that is what it is.  Mine went just stopped hurting after I used the bathroom.
