Is anyone else having few symptoms???

I'm only about 4 weeks and I'm only very tired and my breasts hurt. I'm also having a hard time staying asleep I wake up a lot in the middle of the night. I've never had a hard time sleeping and since this is my first pregnancy I'm not sure what to expect. My stomach hurts a little every now and then but from what I read that is pretty normal. I know everybody is different but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having a similar experience.

Aside from sore boobs, I didn't have any symptoms at 4 weeks. Serious m/s hit at exactly week 6 (and is still going strong). So enjoy symptom free time while you can, you never know when you are going to get hit

hey smw123, i am having the same symptoms. Tired, sore breasts, hard time sleeping up until about 9 weeks, and then i started getting nauseas. No vomiting or anything too uncomfortable. Consider us lucky and take advantage of the time when you don't have (and maybe will not get) morning sickness.

I'm at six weeks and other than boobs hurting and peeing more than normal, I have no symptoms. I have woken up in the middle of the night and not been able to get back to sleep too.

I am a day behind you. My symptoms are about the same as yours. Some days my breasts hurt, some they don't. I am hoping to not develop ms, only time will tell

To this day the only symptoms I've had are severe headaches, breasts used to be sore but they're fine now, and gagging when I'm either hungry or full, which gets really annoying. I'm told the headaches are a mixture of getting little sleep, blood flow increase and quitting caffiene cold turkey when I got the BFP. Oh, and a swelling belly, for now the rest of me has stayed the same size more or less.
