  Ouch! I know it sounds strange but I was desperate once and just squeezed myself a little so that I could breathe a little...it reallly is an awful feeling!

  Hand express into a paper towel. Didn't realize you were at work. THat sucks! I forgot bags to pump into the other day and had to run out at lunch. Oops...haha.
