WTF? BFN, BFP, BFN, BFP!

I need help...yes, I shouldn't test and wait on beta but I'm not patient. We just did IVF, 5dt was 1 week ago Monday.

3dp5dt took $tree test in am to confirm trigger was out of cycle, BFN.5

dp5dt test in PM with $tree..slightest BFP but DH didn't see it.

6dp5dt test with $tree in AM, negative and was spotting. 

 7dp5dt test in am with $tree, turned positive after 5 minutes-came back after awhile and saw an obvious BFP (See pic below). Afternoon took First Response Digital, Yes.

8dp5dt tested in afternoon with Digital Gold, BFN. But we had traveled with the test on plane and had some extreme temp changes which maybe messed with it? Took $tree 10 minutes later and light BFP-test was at home.

Then about 2 hours later (held pee) and got Clear Blue Digital BFP.

What the hell?! Should I even worry about the BFN. Has this ever happened to you?!

    I think you're pg!! different tests have different levels of sensitivity, and then there's the whole FMU thing vs. peeing later in the day. good luck on your beta!!

    I think that is why the doctors tell you not to test before beta!  I know tests give false negatives but not false positives, so my guess is, you're pregnant!  But you might want to wait for beta and not pee on any more sticks.

    I think you can rest a little easier now that you got a positive after that nasty negative. Otherwise the idea of a chemical pregnancy would make you wonder. However since you got a positive after that one, I think you can safely infer that the test was defective or you didn't have concentrated enough pee. YAY! :)  Make yourself at home embaby(s).

    LOL - stop the testing.  It looks like you are pregnant and you are going to drive yourself crazy.  The BFN could have been due to bad test or not enough time holding your urine because it is so early.

    When is your beta?  If your going to test, just do it first thing in the morning.

    I think you're pregnant! If you're getting a line on some then you have hcg in your urine. FWIW my RE actually specified that I shouldn't test with $tree or generic brand tests b/c they had a lot of issues with them not being accurate in the past. They said to stick with name brand. In any case I think congrats are in order :)

    Can you call your re for an early beta?
