I've read so many different things and googled this to death. My DS WILL NOT keep his hands in his blanket when I swaddle him. He likes his arms at his head. I worry about him getting cold at night. When we feed his little hands are cold. He wears a hat and doesn't fuss, so is he okay? Should I raise the room temp? I know its safer to keep it cooler than warmer. We keep the a/c on 70. I don't want to use the little mittens either, he comforts himself with his hands. WWYD?
Re: room temp at night
Few options if his hands are cold:
1 - Turn up the room temp.
2 - Put the mittens on anyway.
I don't mean to sound blunt (okay, well I do a little)...but there isn't much else you can do, really.
You had your baby! Congrats
She's a cutie!
