Yep. It's called a box fan. Was $8 at Target.

Love the one from Bed Bath Beyond- its the Homedics Lullaby or something like that - its $19.99 and we use the rain sound at night with the projector that it has on it, all night.

When Im feeding I use the lullaby music

i downloaded a white noise cd onto my ipod and play that at night. I think its called Help your baby sleep through the night, but there are tons on itunes.
