  I checked the old thread. Someone suggested Oct. 3 - does that work?? I guess it all depends on Speedracer first though, since she offered to host it LOL!!!

  oct 3 works for us.  for people driving kinda far we have room for people to bring sleeping bags or whatever.  i have 1 twin bed but it's in the catpee room so apologies in advance for that!

  the plan was to do a "Canning Camp" AZ edition, but I'm not sure any of us know how to can....  Honestly, I'd be interested in any type of EF GTG.  I am slowly starting to "green" myself, so I'd really like to soak up other people's knowledge and suggestions.

  In addition to or instead of canning camp (if GLAD is there she could be our resident expert), we could maybe make homemade house cleaners if we bring ingredients and essential oils? I dunno, that might be too basic for some of you master EFFers ;-P

  I thought the same thing about the homemade house cleaners, but thought that might be too basic for a lot of people besides me!   I think anything we do will be fun!

  I have all the supplies for both water bath and pressure canning.  Otherwise, water bath canners are VERY inexpensive.
