We talk for a bit and then play in the hallway mirror. Right now she's digging her floor exercise mat thingy (before that she loved her bouncy) and she'll be happy on that for up to 30 minutes (!). Then, when she starts sucking her hand, I offer her more food, change her diaper again and put her down. If she's up more than 2 hours, she gets over-tired, I swear.
ETA: She almost always rejects that pre-naptime feeding. I just like to make sure she's nice and full before going to bed because she'll sleep up to 3 or 4 hours.

Read books to DS, sing, look at the mirror, walk outside, tummy time, etc. You're not going to get too much time from a 2 month old. But just doing a few things and giving him attention is best. Let him play as long as he's willing. Typically it won't be too long and DS will get fussy when he's ready to take a break.
