Baby Shower ?

When did you or will you have a baby shower?  My mom was planning to have mine 1 month before the baby is due.  This seemed super late to me.  Thoughts?

    mine's on the early side, between 29 and 30 weeks. My friends who are throwing it wanted to do it before holiday season kicked in which I was fine with.

    Mine will probably be earlier...maybe January.  All of our family is in Ohio so I would have to fly home for it..

    Don't get me started!  My sister has convinced my mother to have mine AFTER the baby is here...A WEEK AFTER...OH Which by the way...IS 2 days BEFORE CHRISTMAS!  How is that supposed to work AT ALL!?!?

    My MIL is having the one she is throwing on Nov 7th, my due date is Dec 15th but I am sure this baby is coming 2 weeks early. 

    My best friend is trying to kindly without hurting feelings step in and convince my mom that she wants to throw my shower-so she can make sure its done before the baby...we'll see how it goes.

    I am having one at 34 weeks and another at 36 weeks.  Just think how cute you will look at the shower.

    Mine is this Saturday.  34 weeks

    1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.

    Delaney: Born 10/15/09

    Gavin: Born 4/8/11

    Baby #3: due July 10, 2014

    Yikes!!  I hope it gets moved - you are going to be one tired mommy!

    My mother is hosting one for me at 24 weeks and my cousin is hosting one for me at 33 weeks....  I personally wanted it before 35 weeks, just in case.
