I don't have a clue either. Dh has his picked out and also chose a Bjord carrier as well. The only bag I saw that I liked so far was some ridiculous price...$200 and it was online and didn't even show you the inside. So not an option. I think Dh's is from Diaper Dude. I want to look at the quilted ones. I also think someone on here has a friend that makes custom ones, so I might check into her just making me one.

I spent FOREVER looking for one - I just got one this week I am obsessed with. I got mine from Target - Spark by Skip Hop. And it was only $30! It was better than the $70 JJCole one I almost bought!
This is the bag I got in a different pattern - I don't see mine online. Mine is black polka dots with a light grey background.
My list:
Plenty of pockets
Zippered compartments
Insulated bottle pocket for quick runs
Side pockets for easy keys access
Stroller clips
Wipeable so I don't have to fully wash it everytime, but not plastic
I wanted a seperate insulated bottle carrier, a pad for diaper changes, lots of pockets on the inside and at least one or two small pockets onthe outside for hand sanitizer, keys and my cell so I could grab them quickly.
I got this bag in blue and brown and its worked but I don't like how the inside doesn't open up really wide. Also with in the first week the velcro on the outside big pocket tore, no biggie since I don't really use that pocket but annoying since I paid $89 for it. It is a super cute bag and I get compliments on the colors of it.
I bought this cheaper bag at WalMart for $20 for the babysitters and I love how it is clam shell design and opens up so wide. The only thing is that it doesn't have any pockets or compartments on the inside. The nice thing is that the pockets on the front hold about 6-8 diapers each so they are easy to grab.

I have this bag from PBK. I think you can find them on ebay and at the outlets. Although it would be nice to have a 'prettier' bag to carry, I wanted one that DH would carry if he had Ethan on his own. I felt like it would be a pain to transfer things (E's fav toys) back and forth from my bag to his & the likelihood of forgetting something increases. It's comfy to carry. I love the pockets on the front for my things (wallet, cell phone, chapstick, keys). I love the bottle pockets for my water bottle and sunglasses. It's roomy on the inside, even for his bulky cloth diapers.
We have this one as his daycare bag. I got it on clearance and it's perfect for the purpose. Same features as our main diaper bag & they have it for cheap at the outlet.
Accessories that we have and use often are the pacifier pod and the wipes case (also bought at hte PBK outlet)
