NBR: Question about inserting links

I know how to make it clicky, but how do you make it a word or just something shorter in general?

    In the bar above, there is an "insert link" icon (it's 3 to the left of the smiley face).  You can just highlight the word you want (like "Clicky"), click the insert link icon, put the link in, and you are done!
