I'm racking my brain her considering just about anything... So Maggie is the same type of name DH likes (Sophie) but a little more skipped over. Are there any good full names so Maggie could be the nn? I know there's Margaret, but anything else you have heard of?

Re: Full name for Maggie?
marguerite? magnolia? magda?
good luck!
If you like Maggie (and I think it's great!) just go with Maggie. ?My name is Mandie, no "full name", and I've always liked my name and never felt that I needed something longer.?
(read it. you know you want to.)

Did you ever have issues with people putting Amanda or something on more formal documents? I know I have a friend named Angie and her original diploma said Angela... not her name. Also, while I think Maggie is adorable, maybe it will be too cutesy for her once she's older... idk.
I'd be annoye about the diploma thing!
I actually don't think Maggie is too cutesy for an adult and I agree with mlf...if you like Maggie, just go with that and don't "find" a name just to lengthen it. Good choice!

I'm sorry, but I am old school and like full names with the option of a nn.
I like Margaret or any of the previous suggestions as Maggie is a nickname to me and doesn't "age" well into adulthood.

I'm Megan and I've had people call me Maggie as a nn.
I wouldn't use Maggie as a full name...cute for girl, but I would hate that as an adult.
