Question regarding charting

Hello everyone....I am new to charting and had a few questions regarding miscarriage.  I had a CP on July 28, and when I put that into my chart FF totally adjusted my cycles, and now it appears that all of the days are off.  It doesn't put the day that I started bleeding as CD1...hmm, and it won't let me fix it!  I would appreciate any insight, again I do apoligize b/c this is my first month charting, and I am also taking Clomid/Estradiol/Crinone this cycle and wanted to have all of the days/timing right!  Thanks so much!

    It sounds like a programming glitch. I had to manually override my MC chart because it kept giving my crosshairs after my BFP. Go to cyles and then "split a cycle" and put in the correct start date.

    You have to update the Menses section, when you are updating your chart.  Once you imput light, medium, or heavy flow, it will start a new cycle.
