After my last miscarriage, I joined Weight Watchers, started working out and lost 30 lbs. I really try hard to incorporate a fruit and/or vergetable into every meal and/or snack. Also to take PNV's.
of course you should try to eat as healthy as possible, and taking prenatal vitamins are said to help.....but after 9 months of trying I started trying all of the things I read would aid in TTC like baby carrots and green tea can help if you have a CM problems, so I tried that. I read somewhere that in some african area's where yams were a main crop they had high fertility rates and even high multiple rates, so I tried that. Finally a client told me to eat pineapple, her mother told her, so I added that. All things that are "healthy" I just added into my diet....and finally I got a BFP. Sounds crazy I know, but you never know, ya know....Good Luck
Re: What diet change did you make?
I really have nothing.
