I was going to respond to your BG question on EFF but thought you'd be likely to see here.?

I was over there looking for the same answers. H is soaking through his diapers. I think we are going to move to the middle snaps, too. He legs are pretty skinny though so I'm worried... I'm researching to see what else to stuff the pockets with in addition to the one that came with it.... Let me know if you find any good solutions. ?

    He seems to do fine - no leaks when we keep the thicker insert snapped over. I fear unsnapping the outter part and then having to unsnap the insert will not give him the protection he needs. Someone suggested adding in the thinner insert too.

    We did try unsnapping it the other night and I had poop every where - NEVER happened before. So we are going to wait a little while longer for his legs to continue chunking up.

    I do have some hemp inserts that seem not as thick but i'm told that the hemp will actually soak up more. I haven't used them yet.

    I bought a bunch of them so if you want to try a few of them, PM me your addy and I'll send a couple to you.

    BTW - how big is your little man? We are at 18lbs and like 28 inches. Craziness. This kid is at 40-45 oz a day + small amounts of solids.

    Grant is getting huge!?

    H eats about 45 oz a day plus some solids. At his 4 month checkup he was about 16 lb and 26". He's definitely grown a bit in the last 3 weeks. He's really long, but not very chunky...

    We haven't had any leaks, just very very heavy diapers when I go to change him.

    I posted on EFF to see what others suggest.

    I'll PM you because I think hemp might be our only saving grace. ?
