I am 24 weeks and would give anything for a good night sleep.. Any suggestions? i wake up around the same time every night, 2:30 - 3:30am, then im up for the night...
i had the same thing & a doula told me to try to have a small yogurt when I woke up. ?i would do this or have another small snack & then fall asleep again. ?also, if i had the yogurt or a glass of milk right before I went to bed, it helped with the insomnia. ?i also found exercising during the day helped. ?good luck!
thanks for the advice... i have a snoogle and unfortunately its not helping me.. it was in the beginning tho.. i may try the snack and milk thing but im afraid it may wake the hunger then ill be up cooking! LOL! i just cant wait till this is over.
