? about coconut oil

do you refrigerate it?  it is suppose to be more solid or liquid?  When I got it, it was solid, but after I opened it it turned liquid....Hmm

    It's got a VERY low melting point - if u even hold the jar w/ warm hands it will melt. We just kept ours in a cool/dry place in the cabinet.

    I don't put it in the fridge and it's both when you need it liquid just melt in the microwave or hot water but it will become solid after a while

    but mine is staying liquid...it will not go back.  i have it in a dark cabinet but it aint cutting it...i was thinking of putting in the fridge though because there are recipes that i need it solid and i don't know how else to get it solid!  lol
