"Listeria Hysteria" - A disorder commonly affecting women in the first trimester, most often of their first pregnancy, in which they panic at the thought of eating many forms of meat, cheese, and other food products, even when prepared properly, for fear of contracting a disease that only affects less than 1000 pregnant women in the US every year.

Other names: Soft serve psychosis, deli meat delirium

I have a friend who would fit in great on that board, everytime there's lunch meat, soft cheese or the potential that raw eggs have been included in a product and a pregnant woman in the room she freaks and makes it a point to tell said person that they can't eat the food, whether the person was intending to eat it or not.
